Sergeant First Class Al Chang (Honolulu, T. H.) combat photographer of the "A" Company, 71st Signal Sv Bn GHQ, Tokyo, Japan, leans against the rear of an American M-4 Tank, getting a moments rest before the unit he is covering goes into another attack. Sergeant First Class Chang has been covering the front line in Korea, pictorially, constantly since he first arrived in Korea over six weeks ago.

American soldier of the 21st Infantry Regiment

One of four American soldiers of the 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Division, company unknown, found midway between the forward observation post and the actual front line. Cameraman's caption states that the men were probably captured the night of July 9th and then shot. Most of them were shot through the head with their arms tied behind their backs. Along with them was a variety of equipment burned and destroyed.
