Washington, D. C. Former President Harry S. Truman moves unhesitatingly over a multitude of controversial subjects today as he addresses a Reciprocity Club luncheon. He spoke out against the "ignorant and uninformed people" who oppose extension of the U. S. Capitol, offered some advice to President Dwight D.
