The interview of former President Harry S. Truman was conducted by David Noyes and William Hillman. This was in preparation for an article for the North American Newspaper Alliance. Mr. Truman discusses the visit of Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev, different proposals between the U.S. and the U.S.S.R., and the Cold War.
