A map of a port or army headquarters, probably in northwest France. Identified are admiral's office, base hospitals, American and British Consuls, church and other areas. Donated by Lindsay W. Ashbrook.

An American map titled "Where Armies Face Each Other on the Western Front." The map highlights the Maginot and Siegfried Lines but is annotated with World War I subject areas. Pencil annotations mark the location of the General Headquarters of the American Expeditionary Forces at Chaumont and also highlights the areas of Verdun, Mecrin, Gironville, Gondrecourt, Metz, and Kruth.

Camp D'Arches, Cantonnement de Pouxeux. Additional sheet attached describes maps related to Munster. The additional sheet states: "1. Map of Munster 1-20000, showing sector held by 140th infantry in the Vosges Mountains. This sector was held from July 16 to September 1, 1918. Regimental headquarters were at Larshey. Regimental observation post at Klinzkopf. Battalion headquarters at Degglbert, Colette and Garibaldi. 2. Tracings made from original map. 3.
