Annotations, in black ink, highlight Bois de Malancourt, Recicourt, Brocourt, Koeur-la Pet, Sampigny, Vignot, and Sommelonne. Handwriting on the back reads: "After the Argonne drive we rested at Vignot 5 days then hiked to Lamarche en Woevre four days, there, then to Toul. Toul to Belgium. Detraining at Weiltze (illegible).
