Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, to a General Motors Company Plant.

Military and civilians assemble for the dedication of the World War II Memorial Park in Omaha, Nebraska, where President Harry S. Truman (not visible in this photo) made a stop on his Western tour and addressed the assembly. The Thirty-Fifth Division reunion was also being held in Omaha.
