Part 1: Gene Shipley, farm reporter for WIBW news, interviews Dr. Bennett in Stillwater, OK. Dr. Bennett speaks on the post-World War II status of Oklahoma A & M College and its welcoming of military veterans as students. He gives many details about the campus, housing, curriculum, and student population. This interview lasts 8:30. Part 2: Dr. Bennett is heard speaking to the alumni of A & M College about the status of the college.

President Harry S. Truman's remarks to the delegates to the 21st National 4-H Club Camp. The President spoke at 12:05 p.m. in the Rose Garden at the White House. In his opening words he referred to Charles F. Brannan, Secretary of Agriculture, and Mrs. Gertrude L. Warren who was in charge of matters relating to 4-H Club work at the Department of Agriculture.
