After the Medal of Honor ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House, Captain Robert H. Dunlap, USMCR, 25, kisses his new wife, Mary Louise Frantz. John Foster Dulles Addresses State Department Employees

Secretary of State John Foster Dulles, bare headed in a chill wind, stood on the rear steps of the main State Department Building to speak to several thousand employees assembled in a parking lot.
