President Harry S. Truman Signs Philippine Immigration Bill

President Harry S. Truman is signing a bill setting annual immigration quotas of 100 each for Filipinos and East Indians. The new law also authorizes naturalization of Filipinos and East Indians already in this country provided they meet citizenship requirements.
