Head-and-shoulders portrait of Edward P. Meisburger, friend of former President Harry S. Truman and Secretary-Treasurer of 35th Division, Battery "D", 129th Field Artillery. The photo was taken at his desk in his office during an interview by noted writer Merle Miller for the Truman television adaptation of Miller's book, "Plain Speaking," which appeared on the Public Broadcasting System in 1976.
