Asked Steelman if anything new on coal.

Nothing new.

Decided not to take any action until Courts act.

We have more than 8 days reserves. The President's decision is absolutely right.
PERLMAN
Asking Court to make its 1st citation Monday next. Have requested prosecution to advance action to Saturday. (Missed part of meeting to check on Court action.)

If statehood bills for Alaska & Hawaii are passed it will be great victory for the administration.
