STATE

State is working with U.N. in the North Korean situation and are laying foundation for plans in connection with Manchuria, Tibet and Indonesia.

CHAPMAN

The governor of Puerto Rico has handled the Nationalist incident very well. The leader and most of his followers have been put in jail.

GALVIN

Labor in Korea and all of Asia can be used very effectively as a 5th column in fighting Communism.

CHAPMAN

The FBI has done a most accurate and effective job in its investigation of the Nationalist movement in Puerto Rico. The Bureau coordinated its activities perfectly with the Puerto Rican government.
