Briefed Cabinet on Korea.
THE PRESIDENT
We can't take any action in new crisis until the U. N. has a chance to take political action. The situation is very serious and can develop into complete involvement in total. war.
ATTY GEN
It would be helpful if Secty of State would brief Cabinet on foreign events.
ACHESON
Agreed to do so.
THE PRESIDENT
Thinks it would be good idea for Gen Bradley to brief on military on Tues - and Acheson on political affairs on Friday.
