Asked Gen Collins and Gen Vandenberg to make report on their visit to Korea.
ACHESON
Main activity in past week has been to line up support of other nations for resolution to declare China as an aggressor. The resolution will be introduced in U. N. today.
MARSHALL
The return of Eisenhower to U. S. should be well thought out by White House. Defense and State to achieve success in political - military and psychological areas so that there will be no reversal of his accomplishments in Europe.
THE PRESIDENT
Eisenhower should 1st report to Cabinet - then to a closed session of Congress. Harriman will head up the coordination of the Eisenhower program when he returns.
