Russians are following a softer line in communiques with British, French and U. S. concerning meeting proposed of Deputies of Big 4. Dulles has returned from Japanese Peace Treaty conferences and has made considerable progress.

Sen Georges committee (Finance) seems to be softening on Reciprocal Trade bill - is a little bit more encouraged.
