Communists in France have lost several seats in yesterday's election. They voted about 3½ million which is not much decrease numerically. DeGaulle shows increase in strength.
Total 585 - 200 of these are Communists and DeGaullists, seats in Parliament.
Russia still dragging feet on question of Big 4 meeting in Paris. Iranian oil situation is still deadlocked.
