Sent tripartite reply last week to Soviet note. In Egypt we are dead center between Egyptians and British. In Cashmere [Kashmir] we also have a tough situation in respect to Pakistan. We also have trouble in Tunis and Trieste.
FOSTER
Have new tests of aircraft performance which are encouraging.
MCGRATH
Is opposed to Newbold Morris questionnaire as a violation of personal rights.
BRANNAN
Agriculture now has 3 different investigations going-one Senate - one House and one by the G.A.O.
TOBIN
It has been reported President will wipe out the Walsh-Healy Act.
