1st office of Internal Revenue under re-organization plan will open in Chicago next Tuesday.

North Korea has accumulated enough supplies to support an attack on the U. N. forces. However we do not know if such an attack is contemplated.
CHAPMAN
Oil strike is now disintegrating and men are going back to work. However it will take 2 weeks to get aviation gasoline into trade channels. This will result in further delay in getting airlines back into normal operation.
