Exterior view of a house or cottage with two cars and people described in collection by Charles Thayer as a cottage at an Egyptian-Italian oil camp on the Gulf of Suez where we spent our first night. Photograph taken as part of a trip Charles Thayer and his wife Cynthia took to Mt. Sinai and St. Catherine's Monastery in March 1961. Photos intended for possible magazine article. Original negatives are in the Harry S. Truman Library collection.
