Description

President Harry S. Truman, Washington Governor Mon Wallgren, and Manager of the Columbia River District of the Bureau of Reclamation Frank A. Banks bunched together on the right stand on a bridge overlooking the Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. Margaret Truman signs autographs, and First Lady Bess Truman is at left. The visit to Grand Coulee was one of Truman's West Coast Presidential Campaign stops. (Same as 66-693) From: Naval Photo Center, sent to the Truman Library by the National Archives.
