Lieutenant Colonel Kathleen McClure (second from right), European Theatre Staff Director for the Women's Army Corps (WACs), entertains some of the thirty German orphans that the WACs of the Frankfurt, Germany detachment hosted for Thanksgiving dinner in their mess hall. All others are unidentified.
