Description
A crowd of people are seated in the distinguished guests section behind the speakers at the dedication ceremony for the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library in Independence, Missouri. Standing at the center is G. Mennen "Soapy" Williams, the Governor of Michigan. Directly below and in front of him is India Edwards, former Vice-Chairman of the Democratic National Committee. The man in the lower left corner, wearing the white hat is likely former Secretary of the Treasury John Snyder. All others are unidentified.
