Description

Margaret Truman Daniel (second from right) stands with jockey Eldon Nelson (center holding trophy), who rode the horse Tempted to victory in the 1959 Diana Handicap at Saratoga Springs Race Track. The woman and man standing beside and behind Nelson are probably Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lunger who accepted the trophy for owner, Mrs. Philip DuPont of the Mooring Stable. The young man on the left and the man on the right in the plaid coats are unidentified. Miss Truman was in Saratoga Springs appearing in "Happy Time" at the Spa Summer Theatre.
