Two unidentified soldiers stand by a lake watching the swans. Behind them is a chateau, possibly in the village of Montigny-sur-Aube where Harry S. Truman trained at the elite artillery school. The photograph is part of a collection belonging to Harry S Truman from the time he spent in France during World War I.
