Admiral James Richardson, Commander-in-Chief of the United States Fleet, testifies on the witness stand at the International Military Tribunal of the Far East during the Pearl Harbor phase of the trials of the twenty-seven accused Japanese war criminals. It was held at the War Ministry Building in Tokyo, Japan.
