President Harry S. Truman receives an oil painting from Jonkheer O. Reuchlin (right), Counselor of the Netherlands Embassy in Washington, and Herbert Creamer (left), President of the Netherlands American Institute. The painting, "At the beach of Scheveningen" was painted by Hendrik Willem Mesdag.
