President Harry S. Truman signs H.R. 494, regarding parole of prisoners convicted in the District of Columbia. Only two of the men standing behind Truman can be identified: Col. Campbell Johnson, Executive Assistant, Director of Selective Service (second from left); and Frank R. Jelleff, Chairman of the Parole Board (left). Same as 59-1305.
