Former President Harry S. Truman (left) and Dr. Philip C. Brooks, director of the Harry S. Truman Library, hold a framed picture of Winston Churchill and Truman taken aboard the USS Williamsburg during Truman's presidency. This photograph was taken for a feature article about the Truman Library by Arthur Whitman.
