Meeting place of the 40 and 8 and Posts of the American Legion and other Veterans organizations in Norfolk, Virginia. This photo was sent to President Harry S. Truman by Royce Atkinson, a member of the 40 and 8, who requested an autographed portrait of President Truman to hang in the hall.
