President Harry S. Truman is sitting in a sedan with Brigadier General Doyle O. Hickey, Commanding General of the 3rd Armored Division during the President's visit to inspect troops in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. The President has just left the Potsdam Conference for a quick tour of the American occupied area. From Potsdam album, 1945
