Front row, from left to right, President Romulo Gallegos of Venezuela, Missouri Governor Phil Donnelly, Mayor Doyle C. McCraw of Bolivar, Missouri, and President Harry S. Truman are standing on the rear platform of the presidential train in Bolivar, Missouri. President Gallegos has just been presented with the key to the city. President Truman dedicated a statue to Simon Bolivar in Bolivar.
