Captain David Ginsburg, United States Army, served as the legal adviser to Joseph Dodge, who was a part of the Securities and Exchange Commission on German currency after World War II at the Potsdam Conference.

This Russian monument was built for the Potsdam Conference and features images of President Harry S. Truman, Joseph Stalin, and Winston Churchill. The monument was constructed at Tiergarten near Charlottenburg.
