President Truman and Winston Churchill on the Rear Platform of a Train in St. Louis, Missouri

President Harry S. Truman and former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill appear on the rear platform of their train during a nighttime stop in St. Louis, Missouri, after their visit to Fulton, Missouri, for a speech at Westminster College. Mr. Churchill, wearing RAF coveralls otherwise known as a "siren suit," displays the familiar "V" sign while Mr. Truman waves his hat.
