Officers and crew of the U. S. S. EX-U-2513, an experimental submarine. Photo is inscribed: "To the President of the United States Harry S. Truman From the officers and crew of the U. S. S. EX-U-2513 In honor of your memorable visit on board at Key West, Fla J. B. Casler, Lt. Comdr., USN Commanding officer". Original is oversize. President Truman traveled underwater on this submarine during a trip to Key West, Florida in 1946.
