Dennison, Navy Aide to the President; Brigadier General Morris J. Lee, Commander of Bolling Air Force Base, D.C., and officer-in-charge of Washington, D.C. area celebrations of the event; President Truman; Major General Harry Vaughan, Military Aide to the President, and Major General Robert B.
