A large crowd of people are milling around, waiting for the dedication ceremony to begin at the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library in Independence, Missouri. Among those present are Leon Keyserling (standing, near the center, wearing dark navy jacket) and former Secretary of Agriculture Charles Brannan (standing, near center, wearing white hat). All others are unidentified.
