Description

Virginia Governor William Tuck speaks at a ceremony outside the Wren Building at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Seated behind Governor Tuck is President Harry S. Truman (third from left), who received an honorary degree at the ceremony. Seated next to Truman (fourth from left) is W&M president John Edwin Pomfret. Seated on the far right is Canadian Prime Minister Mackenzie King. All others are unidentified.
