President Harry S. Truman, wearing a Shrine fez presented to him by Imperial Shrine Potentate William Woodfield of San Francisco, California, holds a sign that Mr. Woodfield also presented. The sign is triangular and has "Yes," "No," and "Scram," each written on one of the three sides. Mr. Truman is displaying the side that says "Scram."
