Admiral William Leahy (center) tours Fort Jefferson National Monument during his visit to the Dry Tortugas, Florida. He visited Dry Tortugas as part of President Harry S. Truman's vacation party. Also present are Captain Cecil Adell (left) and Press Secretary Joseph Short (right).
