Analyzing Secondary Sources

This lesson prepares students to use primary sources for research purposes. It provides students the opportunity to work on their analysis and research skills.

Students will write a letter to an appropriate government official arguing for or against the use of the Special Minimum Wage Certificate.

Activities that help students think and work like historians

Students will be creating their own Document-Based-Question. The assignment requires students to research and include primary and secondary documents that are related directly to the question they have written.
