Harry S. Truman speaks about being a Senator and Vice President, and knew by Roosevelt’s appearance that whoever was elected Vice President with him in 1944 would most likely become President. He further speaks about the privacy issues this would inflict on his family, and that he had no desire to become President. Film with sound.
