Description

President Harry S. Truman and others aboard the US Navy yacht USS Williamsburg, probably on different occasions circa 1946. Joining the president aboard the ship include Matthew Connelly, Clark Clifford, Charles Ross, Admiral Robert Dennison, Admiral William Leahy, and John Steelman.  First Lady Bess Truman and Margaret Truman, and likely extended family or friends are also aboard. Footage also shows the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt from afar and a blimp, as well as an aircraft carrier with planes unfolding their wings and taking off from the deck; and later landing back on the carrier.

Portions of this footage are blurry and it is flopped, or flipped horizontally.
