Medicare Signing Ceremony

Shows President Lyndon B. Johnson with former President Harry S. Truman and other dignitaries at the Truman Library for the signing of the Medicare Act. Copied to DVD from flash drive; appears to be a previous transfer of film to video tape.
SD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are available for $20, and HD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are $50. Copies of motion pictures not already digitized will incur additional costs.
