Description

Home movies showing Margaret Truman's and Clifton Daniel's wedding in Independence, MO. Crowds gathered outside the Truman Home at 219 N. Delaware Street. Various family and friends, including Vietta Garr, the groom, and parents Bess Truman, Elbert C. Daniel, and Elvah Daniel leave the Truman home, with Floyd Carson assisting them. Then former president Harry S. Truman escorts the bride to the awaiting limousine. Then the bridal party is shown leaving Trinity Episcopal Church after the service has concluded.
