TRUMAN CIVIL RIGHTS AND POLITICS IN 1948 Harry S. Truman Library. This lecture is a part of the Whistle Stop Series program. The keynote speaker is Dr. Ken Hechler who was part of the Truman staff during the 1948 election. He discusses the campaign and the significance of it. VHS tape.
