DR. FRANK: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF FRANK PORTER GRAHAM 1994, John B. Wilson Productions. This documentary follows the life of Porter Graham. He was the President of the University of North Carolina and later a U.S. Senator. He worked for civil rights in the South. He helped plan the Social Security Act. He worked with Truman on establishing civil rights. As a result, the armed forces were integrated. VHS tape.
