Clark Clifford was brought to Washington by President Harry S Truman in 1945. Discussion of Mr. Clifford’s roles in various administrations from Truman through Carter – both cabinet positions and advisory capacities. This was received from Doug Thurman at the National Archives in May, 2002; it was found during renovation work. Has network video problems. ¾-inch videotape
