In the foreground, from left to right, facing the camera: Press Secretary Charles Ross, Special Assistant to the President Averell Harriman, General Robert Landry, Admiral Arthur Radford (partly obscured by Truman), President Truman, Secretary of the Army Frank Pace, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Omar Bradley, General Harry Vaughan, Charles Murphy, David Bell, General Wallace, Graham, and Assistant Secretary of State Dean Rusk. General MacArthur is facing Truman, his back to the camera, with the top of his hat between Mr. Ross and Mr. Harriman. All others are unidentified.
