“Mission Accomplished” monologue as Harry S. Truman given by Floyd T. Bode to a travel club in Iowa. Mr. Bode relates his experiences worldwide of being a Harry Truman look-alike. He then presents a monologue composed of excerpts from President Truman’s memoirs and speeches. Mr. Bode was invited to visit the Truman Library in 1977 by Dr. Ben Zobrist. He recounts his visit and the people he met while touring the Library. VHS

Congressman John Lewis’s speech not viewable. DISC 4 – Consists of three panel discussions. Panelists are: Dr. John Davis, Howard University; Dr. Ray Geselbracht, Truman Presidential Library; Dr. Tom Lansford, University of Southern Mississippi; Dr. Raymond Frey, Centenary College.
